Independent usability research · prototype

Try a cleaning pricing workflow — and tell us what is missing.

This is an unpaid product research session, not a sale. Estimated time: 3–5 minutes. No login, marketing emails, payment, or tracking.

Privacy: The answers you type are processed in your browser only. The site does not automatically transmit form answers. The hosting provider may log normal connection data. Please do not enter names, addresses, customer details or sensitive business information.
STEP 1 / THE TASK

Try a real workflow with invented numbers.

Open the demo calculator in a new tab. You can use the sample data already filled in — do not use confidential client information.

  1. Find the quoted price for the first cleaning visit.
  2. Find the separate recurring-visit price.
  3. Change the estimated first-visit labor time from 5 hours to 6 hours. Observe what happens to the price.
  4. Find the after-job result when actual time is longer than originally expected.

STEP 2 / FEEDBACK

What would make this genuinely useful?

Honest negative feedback is especially valuable. There is no correct answer.

A stated preference is not a purchase, and this question does not collect payment.
